This is placeholder policy text used while the site is in development — it describes our general approach but has not been reviewed by an attorney. Replace it with a reviewed policy before relying on it for real clients.

What we collect

When you sign up for or use the client dashboard, we collect:

• Account information: your name, email address, and phone number.
• Business information: your business name and details related to your project.
• Payment information: handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: basic activity within the dashboard, such as sign-in timestamps.

How we use it

We use the information above to:

• Build, deliver, and host the website or service you've contracted us for.
• Process payments and send billing-related communications.
• Send account-related emails, such as confirmations and password resets.
• Respond to support requests and keep you updated on your project's status.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make the dashboard work: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email delivery). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time from Settings, or by contacting us directly — this removes your client record and login; some records may be retained where required for accounting or legal purposes.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below.

Cookies

We use only the essential cookies required to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
