Our services

Soule Tech Solutions builds and, where contracted, hosts and maintains websites for small businesses. The specific services included in your project (website build, hosting and maintenance, or both) are the ones shown on your dashboard and set out in your contract.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you give us. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Payments

Project deposits, final balances, and monthly care-plan fees are billed and processed through Stripe, per the pricing shown on your dashboard and agreed in your contract. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the dashboard to:

• Attempt to access another client's account or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement as set out in your contract. We may suspend or terminate dashboard access for violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Disclaimer & liability

The dashboard and its contents are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Soule Tech Solutions isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll ask you to accept the updated terms the next time you sign in.
